Captain Matt

Captain Matt Mendoza is a Chatham native who has been on the water his entire life.

In addition to his keen understanding of local waterways, Matt holds a 50-ton captain's license, CPR certification, and Master SCUBA certification. Matt is a commercial fisherman (including tuna and other native species), a commercial lobsterman, and an experienced boat builder. 

Whether you want to fish Cape Cod, whale-watch, pull up lobster traps, or just enjoy a beautiful sunset cruise to Nantucket, Captain Matt will make your ocean excursion safe and unforgettable.

Alex Carrier is an explorer, captain, and ocean conservation advocate whose passion for the sea has taken him around the world.
